Founded in partnership with the James Beard Foundation, SAVIENNE brings together marquee chefs—from Marcus Samuelsson and Mei Lin to Sean Brock and Anita Lo—for collaborative, multi-day culinary residencies around the world. One night it’s Chintan Pandya of Dhamaka cooking with a local chef in Provence. Another, it’s Ludo Lefebvre plating lamb in a 12th century Kasbah in Marrakesh. Each event is a roving celebration of food, place, and people.

The dinners are intimate—30 guests at most—set in spectacular private homes where the winemakers pour, artists perform, and conversation flows as easily as the Burgundy. Like a modern-day salon, the gatherings blend culture, wellness, and cuisine into a kind of curated hedonism: sunrise yoga, sunset aperitivo, and tasting menus that stretch late into the night.

But SAVIENNE is also serious about impact. A portion of every experience funds the James Beard Foundation’s work on hunger and food insecurity, and the chefs—all Beard alumni—reflect a commitment to diversity, sustainability, and culinary excellence.
