Does it work on an induction stove?

It does but you need to be conservative about the heat. I'd start with med-low for example even if the recipe says med.

As I was saying to Laine, I don't think it's the best for browning meat, but sauteeing vegetables, making eggs -- quite nice!

I am so in love with this pan, I'm thinking of names for it. Seriously. I now can make an omelet, which eluded me for decades.
