Johnny is one of the best and most customer centric restauranteurs in NYC. I go where he opens, and know I will be treated well, like a "VIP", I have trusted his teams for events in my former life as a corporate fashion exec, when it was so hard to win, and he smiled his way through the challenge. John is true NYC restaurateur. I’m that once a year Lure Fishbar customer, but i’ve been going for 20 years. I’ve met John numerous times when he had his fantastic restaurant in then The Thompson Hotel. He’s good to his people, customers and he knows hospitality. The number one reason we go back to New York City restaurants.
