Tavern on the Green's Party Scene
Plus, the most expensive restaurant in the world, and a very Miller Christmas
Tavern on the Green is lit
“Tavern on the Green — which has been located at West 67th Street since the 1880s — closed for over a year because of the pandemic and reopened in April 2021 with a “reimagined dining scene.” And now, the parties are allegedly so loud and so frequent the neighbors are fed up, New York Post reports.
For booze hounds and brunchers
Tripsavvy has released its annual Editors’ Choice awards, naming over 1,000 venues in 18 different categories. If you’re traveling, you might want to consult its list of destinations for booze hounds (which includes Alaskan Brewing Co. and a winery tucked inside a former church in Nassau, Bahamas.) If brunch is more your speed, Tripsavvy’s favorite brunch spots include the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, Virginia, and Cranky Al’s in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
Have a very Miller Christmas
If you're always wondering if your Christmas tree needs more water (and if you need more watering, as well), Mill Light is giving away a combination beer keg and Christmas tree stand. While you’re entering the contest, why not purchase some beer-centric decorations for the tree at the Miller Light “beernament” shop.
The most expensive restaurant in the world
The most expensive, exclusive restaurant in the world, perhaps, has finally found itself a home. The restaurant from the VCR Group, a hospitality and restaurant group that includes entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, has raised over $15M in NFT capital.
