We're giving away a great package from Caraway Cookware — the company that creates ceramic eco-friendly, nontoxic, nonstick, easy-to-store pans for cooking and baking. We’re smitten with the design and the color palette — in navy, cream, gray, sage, terracotta, and marigold, as well as limited edition brick red, coming soon. But true love comes with cooking, bringing you closer to the perfect omelet, the on-point saute, the just-right sear, and more.

The set — a $545 value — comes with a 3-quart saucepan, a 6.5-quart Dutch oven, a 10.5" fry pan, and a 4.5-quart saute pan, as well as a useful storage solution that includes magnetic pan racks and a canvas lid holder.

Broken Palate readers can get a 10 percent discount by using this link — which includes price breaks on individual pans, bakeware, and linens.

Check your email on Wednesday, when we'll be contacting the winner — you can choose the color.

Scenes from the Grand Tasting at South Beach Wine and Food Festival in Miami Beach

Below, you’ll find scenes from Goya Foods' Grand Tasting Village from last weekend’s South Beach Wine and Food Festival featuring Publix Culinary Demonstrations sponsored by Sub-Zero Group Southeast. The event, which took up three city blocks, includes a cast of chefs — Food Network and Cooking Channel personalities — some of who you’ll find below.

Cleveland's Michael Symon, host of Cooking Channel's Burgers, Brew & ‘Que takes the stage at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival's (SOBEWFF) Grand Tasting Village. All photos: Michele Eve Sandberg
Best known for his spot on TODAY show, Al Roker is a frequent fixture at SOBEWFF, where he shows off his excellent grilling and culinary skills.
Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli is best known for her Food Network appearances including judging Chopped and co-hosting The Kitchen. Guarnaschelli is seen at her culinary demonstration at SOBEWFF's Grand Tasting Village.
Chef/owner of Johnny Sánchez in New Orleans, Aarón Sánchez can also be seen on various Food Network shows including the Emmy-nominated Taco Trip. The chef, who is a partner in Cocina, an online content platform that celebrates Latin culture, took to the stage to speak with fans and demo a dish.
James Beard and Emmy award-winning Ming Tsai is also a chef ambassador for World Central Kitchen and a chairman of the national advisory board of Family Reach, an organization that helps families face the financial burdens of a cancer diagnosis.  He was at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival to talk about his new MingsBings hot pockets.
A perennial favorite, Guy Fieri had a big weekend at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. The celebrity chef hosted a Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives party, filled in for Rachal Ray as co-host of the festival's Burger Bash, and was an honoree at the festival's annual tribute dinner. Here, he's seen making a giant cocktail for festivalgoers at the SOBEWFF Grand Tasting Village.
