Thank you for sharing your Hanukkah with me. My nieces father is a Jewish man and we enjoyed a lot of delicious main courses cooked by him on special occasions. My sister shopped, prepared, cooked, served everything and Marco would arrive in time to cook his recipe. I remember lobster claws. He always worked on Christmas so his Christian co-workers would have the day to spend with their families. I wish I could remember some of his main dish meat or fish recipes but I've never liked meat or fish. These days my sister and brother-in-law always prepare delicious, healthy meals. My niece gets with it washing dishes and cleaning up as quickly as possible. I love spending time with my family, our most valuable and treasure gift.
